Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Matchachat, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. You must be 18 or over

Matchachat connects you to strangers over live video. It is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, and you confirmed this when you created your account. If we believe you are under 18, we will terminate your account.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. Choose a username that does not impersonate someone else. One person per account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Community Guidelines. In short: no nudity or sexual content, no harassment or hate, no spam or automated use. You also agree not to record, screenshot, or redistribute other users' video without their consent, and not to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

4. Moderation, suspension and appeals

Users can report each other. When a report is filed, a single still frame of the reported user's video is captured as evidence and reviewed by a moderator. We may suspend your account temporarily or permanently, at our discretion, if we believe you have broken these terms.

You may submit one appeal per suspension. If an appeal is rejected, that decision is final for that suspension. We aim to review appeals promptly but do not guarantee a response time.

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, and we may change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including the conduct of other users. You use Matchachat at your own risk.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these terms.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will make a reasonable effort to notify you. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
